How does SmartDelivery work?
You choose your favorite CatGenie supplies combo, how often you want to receive it and enter your payment information. Weāll take care of the rest! When your next SmartDelivery is upcoming, youāll be notified in advance so you can make adjustments including adding additional products inside your portal if needed. Weāll then charge your credit card and once payment is received, weāll ship your items out to you. You may adjust or cancel your subscription at any time.
Will I earn Blue Points on SmartDelivery shipments?
Yes. SmartDelivery orders earn 5% back in Blue Points just like every other order at CatGenie.com. SmartDelivery orders are excluded from any additional sales or promotions.
Can I apply Blue Points Rewards Discounts to a SmartDelivery order?
Yes! If you have at least 100 Blue Points available, you can apply them as a discount coupon to your next SmartDelivery order. Just a few short steps to get your discount...
1. Log into your account page and find the section REDEEM BLUE POINTS FOR DISCOUNTS.
2. Select the coupon you'd like to use and click Redeem, then copy the promo code provided.
3. At the top of the page, click Manage Subscriptions.
4. Click Delivery Schedule at the top of the page, then click Edit on the next order scheduled.
5. At the bottom left of the screen, you'll see "Add Discount". Simply paste your copied promo code and that's it! Your discount will be applied to your next order.
